Pre-Approval
Once you're ready, we gather your documents and I submit applications to lenders. You'll receive a pre-approval letter confirming your maximum purchase price and locked rate.
Find Your Home
With your pre-approval in hand, you can shop with confidence. When you find a property you love and have an accepted offer, I handle the mortgage side.
Final Approval & Closing
I work with your lawyer and the lender to ensure everything is in order. On closing day, you get the keys — and I make a donation to a charity of your choice.
